Adapted from the traditional Mesaharati chanting : "Sleepers, wake up, and praise Allah.". Mesaharati or Mosahhir: A Ramadan tradition where a person; usually male, takes on the mission of waking people up before dawn prayer to have sohoor (dawn meal); the last treat to have before the long hours of fasting begin.
